How long does it take you to fulfill an order?

For a sample order, allow 3-5 business days for us to manage the shipment. For bulk orders under 2,000 units, it takes roughly 2-3 weeks to manufacture and deliver your purchase.

What's the minimum I need to order?

If you want our standard products without custom branding, there is no minimum order. Get as many, or as few, as you need.

Can I put my company's logo on your thermostats?

For sure! We offer custom branding and logo printing on orders over 200 units. Just let us know your design.

How will my order be shipped and how long is transit time?

We primarily use DHL or FedEx for fast and reliable delivery. Customers can expect to receive air freight shipments within 3-7 business days. Ocean shipping takes longer, usually 4-6 weeks, but has lower freight costs.
